<p>We ship Australia-wide via standard shipping, with delivery in 3–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. Shipping is free on orders over $75 AUD; a flat shipping rate applies to orders below this threshold.</p>
<p>You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.</p>
<h2>Returns and refunds</h2>
<p>We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If the Hair Reset Mask doesn't genuinely improve how your hair feels and behaves within 30 days of delivery, contact us at <a href="mailto:hello@basinandroot.com">hello@basinandroot.com</a> and we'll make it right.</p>
<p>For hygiene reasons, you do not need to return the product to receive your refund. Once your refund request is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.</p>
<p>If you believe your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.</p>
